Realtor, Katherine Potts (Kat) specializes in the purchase and sale of residential property in the Palmetto State. Katherine grew up in Goose Creek, South Carolina and has spent her whole life in the Lowcountry. Her knowledge and experience of this particularly beautiful area has given her the unique understanding of location and the process of home buying. Katherine provides her clients with excellent communication as well as being informative in the home buying/selling process. Her top priority is serving families with a great attitude and compassion as if they were her own family. Katherine is a graduate of Trident Technical College in the dental field and earned her bachelor’s in health science at Grand Canyon University. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family which includes her two children. They love to ride bikes, swim at the beach and be local tourists in beautiful downtown Charleston. She describes herself as being outgoing, adventurous and loves people. She is the life of the party! Her values are very important to follow in life.
